Accomodation Services

Accommodation services for disabled individuals are vital for ensuring equal access and inclusion in various aspects of life. These services aim to provide facilities, environments, and support that cater to the specific needs of people with disabilities, promoting independence, comfort, and dignity. Accessible accommodation may include features such as wheelchair ramps, widened doorways, accessible bathrooms, visual and auditory aids, and trained staff to assist with mobility and other needs. By offering accommodation services tailored to the needs of disabled individuals, we can create inclusive environments that enable them to fully participate in work, leisure, and social activities, thus promoting equality and enhancing their quality of life.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

In this programme, the individuals can either reside in their own homes or in the community-based accommodations, rather than institutional settings, and receive support from trained staff or caregivers as needed. Along with our assistance, we empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible.

Specialist disability accommodation (SDA)

A purpose-built housing designed to meet the specific needs of individuals with significant disabilities who require specialist housing solutions. The properties are constructed or modified to include features such as wheelchair accessibility, assistive technology, sensory aids, and specialized support services.

Transportation Services

Accessible transportation facilitates access to essential services such as healthcare, education and employment. And, also promotes social inclusion, independence, and community participation for individuals with disabilities. These services are designed to address the unique needs of people with disabilities, providing safe, reliable, and inclusive transportation options that enable them to travel independently and participate fully in society. It includes shuttle buses, vans, or specialized vehicles equipped to accommodate patients with mobility impairments or medical equipment.

Health Care, Education & Employment

We assist individuals who face challenges in getting to and from medical appointments for preventive care, treatments, follow-up visits, and therapies. We address the transportation needs of students with disabilities, enabling them to attend school and participate fully in educational activities. Furthermore, the service is extended beyond school/college hours to accommodate extracurricular activities, field trips, and other educational event. We facilitate the commute to and from work place and enables the disabled to participate fully in the work force and promotes workplace inclusion. It includes accessible public transportation options, specialized paratransit services, or employer-provided transportation assistance.

Social Inclusion

We enable the disabled to attend personal parties, social gatherings, cultural events, and recreational activities, and facilitating their involvement in social interactions and leisure pursuits. Accessible transportation services promotes independence, autonomy, and self-esteem among disabled individuals.

Daily Life Services

Daily life activities for disabled individuals encompass a wide range of tasks and routines that are essential for maintaining independence, promoting well-being, and participating fully in daily life. These activities may vary depending on the individual's specific abilities, limitations, and support needs, but they generally include Personal Care, Mobility, Hosehold Tasks, Healthcare management, Communication, Social & Recreational Activities and Education & Employment.

Personal Assistance

Our Personal Assistants work closely with the individual to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, and provide support in a respectful and dignified manner. It includes Personal Hygiene to Grooming, Eating and Drinking, Household Tasks, Toileting, Menstrual Care, Mobility and Transfering, Use of aids and appliances and Basic First Aids.

Clinical Nursing Care

Our medical advisers and nursing care team, make sure the following services are provided to the disabled : a) Regular screenings, vaccinations, and health assessments to detect and prevent common health issues, b) Monitoring and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory disorders, and musculoskeletal conditions, c) Ensuring proper medication adherence, dosage adjustments, and monitoring for potential side effects or interactions, d) Access to specialists and healthcare providers, e) Assessing and prescribing assistive devices, mobility aids, communication devices, and other assistive technologies and f) Access to physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other rehabilitation services, g) Providing mental health services, counseling, and support to address psychological, emotional, and social challenges.

Engagement Services

We promote inclusion, fostering social connections, and enhancing overall well-being of the disabled individuals. These activities provide opportunities for disabled individuals to interact with others, develop friendships, and participate in meaningful social experiences.

Social Groups

We help to find the right social group as per ones interestes and hobbies and then enroll them and take them for a periodic ride to keep them active. It may be a social club or religious groups or art & literature groups, etc.

Group Activites & Events

Participation in group activities such as sports, games, arts and crafts, or music classes where individuals can connect with others who share similar interests and hobbies. Attending community events, festivals, fairs, or cultural celebrations where disabled individuals can interact with members of the community and experience a sense of belonging. Engaging in volunteer work or community service activities that allow disabled individuals to contribute to their communities, connect with others, and make a positive impact.

Group Sessions

Attending educational workshops, seminars, or classes on topics of interest, providing opportunities for learning, skill development, and social interaction with peers. Participating in peer support programs where disabled individuals can connect with mentors or peers who have similar experiences, providing opportunities for guidance, encouragement, and mutual support.

Employment Services

Placement Assistance, Accomodation & Accessibility

Providing assistance with job search, resume writing, interview preparation, and connecting disabled individuals with job opportunities that match their skills, qualifications, and interests. Advising employers on workplace accommodations, modifications, and assistive technologies to ensure that work environments are accessible and inclusive for disabled employees. Collaborating with employers, industry associations, government agencies, and community organizations to promote inclusive hiring practices, create job opportunities, and foster partnerships that support the employment goals of disabled individuals.

Training & Development Services

Offering vocational training programs, skills development workshops, and job readiness courses to equip disabled individuals with the necessary skills and competencies for employment in various industries. Providing guidance, resources, and mentorship for disabled individuals interested in starting their own businesses or pursuing self-employment ventures. Offering individualized career counseling, coaching, and ongoing support to help disabled individuals navigate their career paths, set goals, and overcome employment-related challenges.
